Job summary

The Boldt Company is seeking a Specialty Systems Superintendent to lead field operations for large-scale data center projects with a heavy focus on BAS/BMS, EPMS, DAS, security, and related MEP interfaces. This on-site role covers the Midwest area with nationwide travel as needed.

You'll supervise teams, coordinate with craft professionals and trade partners, and deliver safe, high-quality projects on schedule.

Qualifications

Four-year bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
7 years industry experience and 4 years supervisory experience in construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures.
Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and ability to lead large field operations on data center projects.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Willingness and ability to travel to project locations nationwide.

Responsibilities

Lead field operations for large-scale data center projects with focus on BAS/BMS, EPMS, DAS, Security, Telecom, Fire Alarm interfaces.
Coordinate interfaces with other MEP/FP teams and trade partners to deliver projects safely and on schedule.
Demonstrate leadership of self-perform construction crews and manage site logistics.
Lead scheduling, planning, and safety management to ensure quality and accountability.
