Job summary

The Boldt Company is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead field operations on mission-critical data center projects. You will coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes, supervise trade partners, and ensure safe, on-time installation across multiple sites.

Based in the Midwest with nationwide travel, you’ll partner with project managers, commissioning teams, and owners to deliver high-quality, scalable data center infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Seven years of industry experience with four years supervisory experience in construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including power distribution, critical cooling infrastructure, commissioning processes, and equipment installation.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for installation, coordination, and execution of MEP systems.
• Coordinate utility tie-ins, drive schedule performance, and manage trade sequencing.
• Collaborate with project teams, owners, commissioning agents, and trade partners to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.
• Travel to project locations nationwide as required.
