As our data center business continues to grow, we're looking for a Superintendent who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in leading specialty system construction oversight. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of building one of the nation's most exciting and rapidly expanding markets while helping shape the future of Boldt's data center construction program.
In this position, you'll lead field operations for large-scale mission-critical projects with a heavy focus on BAS/BMS, EPMS, DAS, Security, Telecom, Fire Alarm, and the interfaces that occur with the other MEP/FP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems). You'll work alongside experienced project teams, craft professionals, and trade partners to safely deliver projects that demand precision, quality, and schedule certainty. Success in this role requires strong leadership, planning, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to coordinate multiple scopes in an ever-changing construction environment.
Target Hiring Range: $140,000 - $170,000 annually

The target hiring range for this position is $140,000 - $170,000; however, compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and business considerations.
