The Boldt Company is hiring a Senior Superintendent to lead field execution on large-scale data center projects. This is a key site leadership role coordinating craft and subcontractor activities, keeping complex site work safe and on schedule, and building strong partnerships with Project Managers and trade partners.

Qualifications

Direct data center construction superintendent experience required.
10–14 years of large-scale construction oversight experience.
Union experience is a must‑have.
Strong project site leadership across civil/electrical/mechanical coordination.
Schedule and cost awareness to keep work on track.

Responsibilities

Lead field execution on large-scale data center projects.
Coordinate craft and subcontractor activities to keep work moving safely.
Serve as liaison with owners, architects and engineers for daily needs.
Own the field plan including staffing, logistics, scheduling, and site controls.
Ensure work is delivered on schedule and within budget.
