Job summary

The Boldt Company, a leader in data center construction, is seeking an MEP Superintendent who drives field operations for complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will coordinate with project teams to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of hyperscale and enterprise facilities.

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Seven years of industry experience and four years of supervisory experience.
• Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and the ability to effectively lead large field teams.
• Proven experience leading field operations on large commercial, industrial, mission‑critical, manufacturing, power, healthcare, or data center construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including power distribution, critical cooling infrastructure, commissioning processes, and equipment installation.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for installation, coordination, and execution of MEP systems in data center projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, trade partners, commissioning teams, owners, and craft professionals to ensure safety, quality, and on-time turnover.
• Oversee equipment installations, utility tie-ins, schedule performance, and turnover activities.
