Job summary

The Boldt Company is seeking a Project Engineer to support planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale mission-critical construction projects in the Midwest USA. You will work with project managers, superintendents, and partners to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met on complex data center projects.

You will manage documents, subcontractor coordination, procurement, material tracking, and cost controls while communicating across stakeholders to keep projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 0-5 years of construction, engineering, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, or project coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel and spend significant time on project sites.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale mission-critical construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, trade partners, and clients to ensure on-time delivery within budget and high quality.
• Support project execution through document management, subcontractor coordination, procurement and material tracking, schedule support, and cost controls.
• Maintain clear communication among stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
