Job summary

The Boldt Company, a leading data center constructor, seeks a Site Construction Manager who will own delivery of large-scale, mission-critical projects nationwide. This senior field role requires hands-on leadership from planning through commissioning and a deep understanding of building systems.

You will coordinate with project teams, craft labor, and trade partners while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in large-scale union construction environments, ideally in data centers.
• Proven ability to lead complex, mission-critical projects and teams.
• Deep knowledge of building systems: structural, HVAC, electrical, and controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own jobsite performance from planning to commissioning.
• Lead safety, quality, sequencing, and logistics for data center projects.
• Collaborate with project teams, craft labor, and trade partners.
• Provide leadership in fast-paced, evolving project environments.
• Mentor and develop on-site teams.
