Job summary
University Health Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, MO, seeks a Program Manager for Employee Onboarding & Experience to lead onboarding, HR Connect operations, and engagement initiatives. You will partner with HR leadership and department leaders to create a welcoming, efficient employee experience from hire through ongoing employment.
The role includes supervising staff, coordinating programs, and aligning initiatives with the hospital's mission and Leadership Values Statement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in organizational development, HR, business, healthcare administration or related field or equivalent.
- 3–5 years experience in program coordination, onboarding, human resources, organizational development, or related area.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with program management, analytics, and prioritizing multiple programs/tasks.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding program development, coordination, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee HR Connect operations and service delivery with clear SLAs.
- Develop employee experience initiatives and engagement activities.
- Provide leadership and supervision to HR staff and ensure compliance.
