Job summary

The University of Washington School of Medicine seeks a Program Manager, Employee and Hiring Experience, to advance enterprise onboarding, orientation, and workforce readiness across departments. You will build scalable processes, dashboards, and automation to improve candidate and employee experiences.

You will partner across HR, talent acquisition, and leadership to standardize lifecycle programs, monitor metrics, and enable efficient workforce transitions in a complex academic medicine

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in human resources, employee experience, program management, or related roles.
• Ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of School-wide employee and hiring experience programs.
• Develop onboarding frameworks, journey maps, orientation programs, and implementation tools.
• Design workforce readiness infrastructure with onboarding pathways and training tracking.
• Lead offboarding programs and analyze turnover trends for improvements.
• Advance internal mobility programs with cross-functional partners.
