People Programs Lead – Onboarding & Employee Experience

Mercor is seeking a People Programs Specialist to run core employee programs day to day, including onboarding, manager development and employee experience. You will be the first face new hires meet, and translate feedback into actionable improvements for People leadership.

Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding cohorts, facilitating sessions, tracking outcomes, and partnering with Talent, IT, Workplace and Finance to keep programs running smoothly in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of hands-on program management in People programs, onboarding, learning and development, employee experience or People operations.
• Experience running company-wide onboarding programs or comparable recurring programs across many teams, with measurable improvements.
• Experience coordinating vendors, budgets and external facilitators.

Responsabilités

• Run Mercor's universal onboarding cohorts end to end, coordinating logistics, IT, Workplace and Talent for day one readiness.
• Lead and manage the manager development program, including scheduling, communication and session logistics.
• Oversee employee experience programs: perks, recognition and community initiatives, budget tracking and policy updates.
• Maintain the People resource hub and write runbooks/guides for each program; utilize ticketing and knowledge-base tools.
