Job summary

GAI Consultants Inc. is seeking a Staff Integration Lead to reimagine onboarding and early integration for new staff.

You will guide the end-to-end experience from offer to productivity, coordinating hiring and onboarding activities and building strong cross-functional relationships across the organization. You will lead background checks, HRIS data entry, orientation programs, and ongoing check-ins, while driving continuous improvements to HR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and eight years of progressive HR experience.
• Six or more years using an HRIS or ATS (UKG, Sage, Workday, ADP, Oracle).
• Eye for detail with strong process-management skills and accuracy.
• Clear writing, speaking, listening, and presentation skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple time-sensitive workflows.
• Collaborative mindset to build trust across teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape the employee journey from accepted offer through early integration.
• Coordinate hiring and onboarding activities; facilitate new-hire orientation.
• Lead screenings, background checks, documentation, and HRIS entry.
• Deliver engaging onboarding experiences: check-ins, orientation, exit interviews.
• Ensure compliance: manage Form I-9 lifecycle for onsite/remote staff.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR systems, tools, and processes.
• Maintain confidential personnel records and uphold safety culture.
