Job summary

Connecteam is seeking an Onboarding Manager to guide new customers from partnership handoff through go-live and payroll stabilization. You will coordinate with partner Implementation Managers and Connecteam teams to ensure data, time tracking, PTO, and payroll integrations are configured correctly.

You’ll lead training, plan timelines, and manage stakeholder communications while adapting to customer size and complexity, ensuring smooth payroll experience and accurate payments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer-facing SaaS roles.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deployments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn software quickly, troubleshoot issues, and understand integrations and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer onboarding process from handoff to go-live and payroll stabilization.
• Lead discovery, solution design, and setup for payroll integrations.
• Configure integrations and manage account settings and data flows.
• Deliver training and coordinate with partner Implementation Managers and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot, document, and escalate payroll-impacting risks with clear, actionable notes.
