Job summary

GAI Consultants, Inc. seeks a Staff Integration Lead to optimize onboarding and early employee integration. You will coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition and productive start for new staff.

You will review existing processes, drive improvements, and manage HRIS entry, supporting a strong HR infrastructure and compliant I-9 lifecycle for both onsite and remote employees.

Qualifications

• Eight years of progressive HR experience.
• Six+ years using an HRIS or ATS such as UKG, Sage, Workday, ADP, or Oracle.
• Strong process-management and accuracy.
• Clear writing, speaking, listening, and presentation skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple time-sensitive workflows.
• A collaborative mindset across teams.
• Discretion with confidential and sensitive information.
• Microsoft 365 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Shape the employee journey from accepted offer through early integration.
• Create a seamless onboarding process with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
• Lead screenings, background checks, documentation, and HRIS entry.
• Deliver engaging experiences through orientation and check-ins.
• Ensure compliance with Form I-9 for onsite and remote staff.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR systems, tools, and processes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records.
• Model GAI’s safety culture and uphold company standards.
