Job summary

GAI Consultants Inc. seeks a Staff Integration Lead to re-envision onboarding and early integration, ensuring new staff feel welcomed and productive quickly. You will review current processes, drive enhancements, and lead continuous improvement of the new-employee experience.

The role coordinates critical hiring and onboarding activities, partners with hiring managers and internal teams, and guides orientation, check-ins, and compliance activities. Hybrid work is offered with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• A strong HR foundation with 8 years of progressive HR experience.
• 6+ years using an HRIS or ATS (e.g., UKG, Sage, Workday, ADP, Oracle).
• Attention to detail with strong process-management and accuracy.
• Excellent written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills.
• Independent management of multiple time-sensitive workflows.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to partner across teams.
• Discretion with confidential/sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Shape the employee journey from offer to early integration.
• Coordinate onboarding activities with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
• Lead screenings, background checks, documentation, and HRIS entry.
• Oversee orientation, new-hire check-ins, and exit interviews.
• Ensure Form I-9 compliance for onsite and remote staff.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR systems, tools, and processes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records.
• Model GAI’s safety culture and uphold company standards.
