Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Client Service Manager for the Employee Health & Benefits team in the United States. The role centers on maintaining and expanding client relationships while collaborating with the sales team and carriers to design and renew benefit plans.

You’ll lead enrollment meetings, wellness initiatives, and day-to-day service activities to meet client needs. The position requires a Life and Health License, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Active Life and Health License is required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct presentations and speak to diverse groups.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional time management and organization with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand client relationships within the Employee Health & Benefits team.
• Collaborate with the sales team, carriers, and the client to establish and renew benefit plans.
• Conduct employee open enrollment meetings and wellness options.
• Coordinate marketing processes for new and renewal group business, including data and proposals.
• Communicate clearly with clients and carriers, ensuring regulatory compliance.
