Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) seeks a Client Manager in Employee Health & Benefits to oversee client relationships and enrollment activities. You will work with HR, Benefits, and Payroll contacts, handling claims, billing questions, eligibility issues, and intermediate concerns, while coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in HR or employee benefits, strong benefits product knowledge, and the ability to explain complex information to clients clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; 3–6 years HR or employee benefits preferred.
• Strong knowledge of benefits markets, products, coverage lines, and fully insured markets.
• Ability to explain benefits, financials, claims data to clients clearly.
• Working knowledge of Health Care Reform, affordability and penalties.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with HR, Benefits, and Payroll contacts to address day-to-day needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met accurately and efficiently.
• Develop and present market strategy materials, cost analyses, and enrollment communications.
• Support open enrollment and implementation activities and track client documentation.
