The role requires 3+ years in employee benefits, a State Life & Health license within 3 months, and strong ACA/HIPAA/ERISA knowledge; a hybrid work arrangement is available with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years in employee benefits industry.
• Life & Health license required within 3 months of hire.
• Strong knowledge of ACA, HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships and ensure service delivery.
• Act as liaison between clients and vendors; oversee compliance.
• Support marketing and renewal processes.
• Contribute to business development and client satisfaction.
