Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking an Associate Consultant on the Employee Health & Benefits team. You will work closely with MMA clients to deliver superb service, applying employee benefit expertise to help clients understand insurance solutions and long-term strategies.

You will collaborate with sales professionals, consultants, and carrier partners to grow the team's success and the client relationship. You will coordinate project plans, support renewals, analyze data, and manage vendor

Qualifications

• Prior experience with employee benefits and knowledge of medical, dental, life, STD, LTD, design and rate structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to professionals at each client.
• Knowledge of Health & Welfare compliance (HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, 5500, ACA, DOL).

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination and execution of project plans and client presentations.
• Support renewal, RFP, and implementation processes for client projects.
• Pull/analyze benchmark data, summarize findings, and validate information.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships and coordinate with carriers.
• Coordinate open enrollment communications and client inquiries via email/phone.
