Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) seeks a Client Manager for its Employee Health & Benefits team in Raleigh. You will manage HR/benefits relationships, address daily client needs, and coordinate with internal partners to ensure accurate service delivery.

You’ll help develop market strategies, prepare proposals, and negotiate with carriers while maintaining meticulous records and ensuring client retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with 3-6 years of experience in HR or employee benefits preferred.
• Working knowledge of benefits markets, marketing techniques, applicable insurance products, coverage lines, and fully insured markets.
• Intermediate knowledge of Health Care Reform, including affordability, plan sufficiency, and potential non-compliance penalties.
• Ability to explain benefit products, financial information, experience reporting, and claims data to clients clearly and effectively.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

Responsabilités

• Manage relationships with HR, Benefits, and Payroll contacts and address day-to-day needs.
• Monitor escalations and coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.
• Develop market strategy materials, benchmarking requests, proposals, and cost analyses.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with carriers and vendors; support enrollment and implementation.
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system and deliverables from resources.
