The role requires active health, accident, and life licenses, strong sales and relationship skills, and the ability to work hybrid with clients across North America.

Qualifications

• Active health, accident, and life insurance licenses required.
• Experience selling group benefits insurance.
• Strong knowledge of group benefits products, services, and markets.
• Proven sales, prospecting, and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting goals.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
