Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is hiring an Associate Consultant in Employee Health & Benefits. You will work with MMA clients to provide benefit expertise, support renewal and implementation, and collaborate with sales, consultants, and carrier partners to grow team success.

Responsibilities include coordinating project plans, analyzing benchmark data, maintaining vendor relationships, and assisting with open enrollment communications.

Qualifications

• Experience with employee benefits and knowledge of various lines of insurance (medical, dental, life, STD, LTD).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client presentations.
• Familiarity with Health & Welfare compliance (HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, DOL, etc.)
• Life & Health Licensure or plan to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project plans and prepare client presentations.
• Support renewal, RFP, and implementation processes for client projects.
• Analyze benchmark data and validate client information.
• Develop vendor relationships and manage post-implementation steps.
• Assist with open enrollment communications and billing coordination.
