Clark Associates, Inc. is seeking an ES Generalist to serve as a trusted employee support resource across multiple business units.

The role covers onboarding, basic benefits, leave support, and routine employee relations to ensure compliance and engagement among a diverse workforce. Reporting to the ESBP, you will collaborate with distribution operations, retail locations, professional services, corporate functions, and remote staff to foster a positive work environment and consistent ES

Qualifications

• Provide frontline employee support and guide employees to resources.
• Assist with onboarding check-ins, badge distribution, postings, and communications.
• Support basic benefits and leave processes and coordinate with specialists.
• Maintain accurate employee files and HRIS records to ensure compliance.

Responsabilités

• Provide front-line Employee Support by responding to questions and guiding employees to resources.
• Execute routine HR tasks including onboarding check-ins, badge distribution, communication postings, and employee assistance.
• Build relationships across departments and shifts to understand employee needs and communicate observations and trends to the ESBP.
• Support engagement activities by coordinating logistics, distributing materials, and tracking participation.
• Provide managers with basic policy interpretation, documentation requirements, and ES procedures.
