Job summary

Sargento Foods Inc. is seeking a Sr. Employee Experience Coordinator to synthesize core HR processes into a positive employee experience. The role interacts with employees at all levels and requires strong organization and time management.

You will support onboarding, employee questions, and reporting, collaborating across locations to improve processes while upholding confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; 3–4 years in manufacturing or office admin role preferred.
• Manufacturing and/or HR experience is a plus.
• Strong customer focus and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative HR tasks (new hire paperwork, file prep, system transactions).
• Respond to employee questions promptly and professionally.
• Maintain organized records and support onboarding activities.
• Use MS Office to analyze information and prepare presentations.
• Collaborate with peers across locations to improve HR processes.
