Qualifications

• Manufacturing and/or Human resources experience preferred.
• Experience with HR platforms and processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Flawless execution of administrative responsibilities including new hire paperwork, file preparation, and system transactions.
• Provides timely and efficient responses to employee questions.
• Demonstrates organization in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Collaborates with peers at other locations to drive process improvements and best practices.
• Supports onboarding activities, orientation, and post-boarding handoffs.
