Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in HR Administration, Employee Relations or Recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employee questions on policies and benefits.
• Guide employees to resources, tools, and support teams.
• Provide concierge-level HR service to build trust.
• Monitor workforce data and identify trends in attendance and engagement.
