Job summary

Sargento Foods in Plymouth, Wisconsin, is seeking a Sr. Employee Experience Coordinator to synthesize core HR processes into a positive employee experience.

The role requires customer focus, attention to detail, and strong time management to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will support onboarding, employee inquiries, and regulatory compliance, while collaborating across locations to drive process improvements and culture initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; three to four years related experience in manufacturing or office administration.
• Manufacturing and/or HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver administrative excellence for onboarding, file prep, system transactions and reporting in HR platforms.
• Provide timely responses to employee questions and maintain organized, fast-paced workflows.
• Use MS Office tools to analyze information and create presentations; collaborate with peers at other locations.
• Support employee leave management and assist with culture initiatives and resources.
• Post and evaluate internal job bids and support onboarding to mentors.
