Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner for the NACF PXT team to support employee experience, engagement, and HR operations onsite at an Amazon facility. You will apply data-driven insights and collaborate across site teams to foster a culture of value and accountability.

You will execute standard HR processes, coach leaders on engagement, and help drive site-level initiatives using HR technologies. This role emphasizes partnership and service-oriented leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with consistent quality and timeliness, maintaining documentation of HR processes.
• Provide frontline employee support by responding to inquiries and resolving employee matters with discretion.
• Assist in running feedback channels and engagement activities, tracking follow-ups and improvements.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and retention, guiding tool usage for better communication.
