Job summary

Roloff Construction is hiring an Employee Experience Coordinator to lead full-cycle recruiting for field and office roles, onboarding, benefits, and payroll support in a 100% employee-owned company.

This full-time role runs Mon–Fri 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with occasional evenings/weekends for career fairs. You will visit job sites, support performance conversations, and help sustain our ESOP culture across crews and staff.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in HR/BA or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred; bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems; Paycom experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for field and office positions, building talent pipelines.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding, including I-9/E-Verify, benefits enrollment, safety orientation, 30/60/90-day check-ins.
• Administer benefits, leave, payroll support, ESOP enrollments, and open enrollment processes.
• Serve as a resource for employees and supervisors; support performance conversations and documentation.
• Maintain audit-ready records (I-9s, CDL/DOT, OSHA logs) and ensure compliance.
• Promote ESOP education and visit job sites to connect with field crews.
