Job summary

Roloff Construction is seeking an Employee Experience Coordinator to manage full-cycle recruiting for field and office roles, onboarding, benefits enrollment, and payroll support. This on-site role emphasizes ESOP education and active engagement with field crews across our employee-owned organization.

You will maintain compliant records, assist with performance conversations, and serve as a go-to resource for employees and supervisors. Strong HR knowledge and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting for field and office roles.
• Knowledge of federal/state employment laws and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication and organization; handle confidential/pay-related conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for field and office positions, building relationships with trade schools and programs.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding including I-9/E-Verify and benefits enrollment.
• Administer benefits, leave, payroll support, and enrollment processes.
• Serve as a resource for employees and supervisors, aiding performance conversations and documentation.
• Maintain compliant employee records (I-9s, certifications, CDL/DOT, OSHA logs).
• Support ESOP education and visit job sites to connect with field crews.
