Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Customer Success Associate in the Employee Experience Change team to turn customer insights into practical change that improves employee experiences.

You will partner across teams to enable HR product launches, drive adoption and support lasting behavior change while delivering tangible value for employees and the firm. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in change management or a related area such as change delivery, product adoption or employee learning and development
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage partners and translate product changes into clear enablement materials
• Comfortable using technology and eager to learn new tools and programs
• Demonstrated analytical thinking with curiosity to understand employee needs, connect insights across teams and recommend practical improvements

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end change delivery for well-defined initiatives and supports HR product launches and adoption activities
• Builds and maintains partner relationships and forums that surface employee needs and feedback
• Tracks and analyzes key metrics and employee feedback to assess adoption and progress toward behavior change
• Provides input and guidance to Product, Function, Marketing and Communications partners, escalating strategic questions as needed
• Supports execution for large, global initiatives, including project plans, change calendars, stakeholder sessions, communications and readiness materials
• Identifies recurring questions and pain points to improve content, engagement and enablement materials
