Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Workforce Optimization & Change Management Lead within the Tech, Data, Product (TDP) segment. You will partner with business leaders to connect workforce strategy with priorities, drive transformation, and build scalable systems for strategic delivery and redeployment across lines of business.

You will leverage data, governance, and stakeholder engagement to inform skills, learning, and hires, enabling proactive and sustainable workforce changes.

Qualifications

• Ability to build scalable governance and planning mechanisms.
• Experience aligning workforce data with leadership decisions.
