Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to serve as the primary day-to-day contact for service needs of external and internal clients in Wisconsin. You will coordinate client services, process insurance transactions, respond to inquiries, and help develop coverage strategies with a focus on accuracy and excellent customer experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in employee benefits, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with Applied

Qualifications

• Active Health & Life License required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee benefits.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Service accounts and process transactions (quotes, policies, IDs, endorsements, renewals).
• Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly.
• Develop coverage strategies and plans as needed.
• Assist insurance marketing and sales activities.
• Maintain accurate client data in agency management systems.
