Job summary

Acrisure Midwest Partners Insurance Services, LLC is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive to support client relationships, renewals, and enrollment activities. You will work with Senior Account Executives and Account Managers to deliver high-quality service, coordinate with carriers, and assist with financial matters to meet client objectives.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4+ years of mid-large account management in employee benefits, state Life/Health license, and experience with

Qualifications

• Proven professional history of success at managing client relationships.
• Working knowledge of employee benefit regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to calculate customized financial analysis and present data interpretation.
• Ability to communicate with all organizational levels, verbally and in writing.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for clients’ employee benefit experience and develop renewal strategy.
• Collaborates with Account Managers and internal teams.
• Maintains relationships with vendors and carriers.
• Directs renewal details and cost containment strategies.
• Coordinate renewal communications and enrollment activities.
• Support self-funded and alternative funding discussions with data analytics team.
• Oversee Open Enrollment timelines and client expectations.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and collaborate with team.
