You will blend strategic prospecting with hands-on sales, serving as a client-facing advisor to tailor solutions and grow revenue.

You will own your sales pipeline, deliver presentations, and collaborate across teams to provide integrated employee benefits offerings that meet client needs and expand market presence.

Qualifikationen

• 2–7 years of direct sales experience or relevant insurance industry experience.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close new business.
• Strong networking presence in PA, MD, DC, or VA markets.
• Ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.

• Owns development and execution of a personal sales pipeline and territory strategy.
• Acts as subject matter resource on employee benefits solutions.
