Job summary

Oakbridge Insurance Agency seeks an Employee Benefits Client Executive to develop new employee benefits business and grow revenue within existing client relationships. You will advise employers on health and welfare programs, help manage costs, and support employee outcomes.

You will lead prospect strategies, partner with internal teams, and pursue cross-sell opportunities while maintaining an active sales pipeline and delivering coordinated solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health / Accident & Sickness license as required by state law (if applicable).
• Proven record of successful employee benefits sales and client retention.
• Strong knowledge of health and welfare benefits and funding arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Meet activity, new business, retention, and revenue goals with management oversight.
• Identify and qualify employee benefits prospects; conduct discovery meetings with clients.
• Develop tailored employee benefits strategies and proposals and present them to prospects and clients.
• Lead client relationships, set expectations on scope, cadence, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate with Account Management, Marketing, Analytics, Compliance, and other internal teams.
