The position emphasizes maintaining accurate client files, collaborating with the team, and developing strategic plans while ensuring compliance with company standards and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and Life/Health license required in the state.
• 1–3 years in health and welfare carrier, broker, or HR/benefits role.
• Strong client-facing capabilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage client life-cycle deliverables with oversight to retain book of business.
• Prepare reports and develop strategic client plans and roadmaps.
• Maintain client files and internal systems per standards.
• Reconcile client revenue monthly and support upsell opportunities.
