Job summary

North Risk Partners is seeking an Employee Benefits #oneTEAM Risk Advisor in a full-time capacity. You will identify prospects, convert them to clients, and maintain relationships with existing clients while achieving minimum sales goals set by the firm. Travel to client sites and meetings is expected as needed.

The role emphasizes building new relationships, cross-selling across departments, and staying informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to support advisory services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales role with prospecting and client management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain life and health license.
• Experience with prospecting and building new client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business appointments.
• Analyze and develop solutions for client insurance needs.
• Develop relationships with clients and offer all value-added services.
• Sell/refer business across departments (P&C, benefits, personal lines).
• Maintain the sales pipeline and meet monthly goals.
