Job summary

The role supports hybrid or remote work with in-office presence 3 days a week near Hartford offices, and periodic travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Group Benefits experience, with at least five years in relationship management.
• At least five years’ experience leading teams; inspirational leadership strongly preferred.
• Deep GB product knowledge and stakeholder relationships.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
• Capable of influencing cross-functional outcomes and driving execution.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Licensed in Group Life & Health and CE requirements or able to maintain licenses.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic vision for Regional Accounts RM org and align with business objectives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of RM leaders and professionals.
• Translate enterprise strategies into priorities, goals, and actionable plans.
• Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Claims, Legal, Product, and Service to deliver solutions.
• Drive renewal and growth strategies, maintaining strong client relationships.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across operations.
