Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant licenses/certifications may be required based on segment.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in insurance/financial services or related field.
• Experience managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality client and colleague experiences.
• Experience supporting business development, client retention, or growth initiatives.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead through changing priorities and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and empower team members to deliver proactive, personalized client experiences and gather feedback for improvement.
• Model a client-centric culture, recruit and develop talent, and manage staffing within policy and budget guidelines.
• Oversee resources, budgets, and capacity to ensure service levels and financial performance.
• Monitor KPIs and dashboards to drive accountability, continuous improvement, and alignment with incentives.
• Identify risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote standardized policies for consistency.
