Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Manager of Operations (Employee Benefits) to execute operational strategies, lead a team, and enhance service excellence across functions. The role focuses on client impact, performance culture, and scalable processes in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires on-site leadership with up to 25% travel, reporting into operations leadership, and a strong emphasis on policy implementation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in insurance, financial services, professional services, or a related industry.
• Proven experience managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client retention and growth initiatives to improve service and revenue.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and engage team members in line with policies.
• Oversee budget, staffing, and resource management to meet objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and dashboards to drive performance and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to align priorities and outcomes.
