Acrisure in the United States seeks a Director of Operations, Employee Benefits to lead regional operations, retain clients and drive growth through exceptional client experiences. This on-site role partners with the Head of Operations to align service delivery with Acrisure’s performance culture and client-focused values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Active insurance license.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the insurance and/or financial services industries.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry related leadership experience in insurance operations, insurance management, and/or insurance administration.
• Proven record of driving operational excellence and efficiency in service of dynamic client experiences.
• Experience supporting business development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations for the employee benefits division.
• Retain clients and revenue through strong client relationships.
• Drive cross-functional strategies for client experience and growth.
• Oversee process improvement and technology adoption for efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and align operations with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate across HR, IT, Finance to scale operations.
