Acrisure is seeking a Director of Operations, Employee Benefits to drive retention, growth, and operational excellence across the Central/West region. You will lead talent development, leverage automation and data insights, and ensure scalable client experiences while upholding company values.

The role requires active insurance licensing, 10+ years in insurance/financial services, and 5+ years in leadership, with up to 40% travel and on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Active insurance license required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in insurance and/or financial services.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in insurance operations or administration.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and client-focused experiences.
• Experience supporting business development lifecycle.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage stress and meet aggressive financial commitments.

Responsibilities

• Lead client retention strategies via talent development and optimized workflows.
• Execute cross-functional strategies for client growth and overall experience.
• Champion leadership and talent development across the benefits department.
• Identify and implement process improvements and technology enhancements.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and high Net Promoter Score.
• Oversee operations, policy adherence, and scalable processes.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance to optimize division operations.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and implement risk management and compliance strategies.
