Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an Employee Benefits Producing Consultant in California to grow and manage a book of business within our Benefits Services division. You will collaborate across Pharmacy, Voluntary Benefits, Retirement Services and HR Consulting to deliver client solutions and drive growth.

You should have a Bachelor's degree (or higher) and strong communication skills to engage with clients and executives. This is a full-time role offering growth opportunities within a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5 years related experience; professional licensing may be required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
• Preferred: CEBS designation or related professional designation.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a book of business in employee benefits.
• Engage with clients and prospects to understand needs and present Gallagher solutions.
• Collaborate across Pharmacy, Voluntary Benefits, Retirement Services and HR Consulting to deliver client outcomes.
