Job summary

Gallagher is hiring a Producer to grow a personal book of business in employee benefits and wellbeing. You will leverage cross-division capabilities, build relationships with clients, and drive growth while maintaining a high standard of advisory service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required; OR Bachelor's degree with GSIP and licensing; OR High School Diploma/GED with 6 years experience.
• Preferred professional designation such as CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as an entrepreneur developing a book of business from a network of your own contacts.
• Establish and maintain a new business pipeline with qualified leads; keep pipeline current.
• Conduct client discovery with confidence among CEOs, CFOs, CHROs and other stakeholders.
