Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years related experience in employee benefits.
• Insurance licensing required; GSIP exposure acceptable with license.
• Alternative: High School Diploma with 6 years related experience.
• CEBS designation may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a book of business within Gallagher Benefit Services.
• Prospect and close opportunities to meet sales goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor client solutions.
• Maintain client relationships and provide strategic advice.
• Coordinate check-ins with Client Service team.
