Job summary

Gallagher in Tucson is looking for a results-driven Producer to understand client organizations’ needs, build a robust book of business, and deliver tailored employee benefits and HR solutions. You’ll leverage cross‑division capabilities across Pharmacy, Voluntary Benefits, Retirement Services and HR Consulting to win new business and expand existing relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with required insurance licensing (or GSIP participation) and related experience.
• Alternative: High School Diploma/GED with 6 years relevant experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a book of business; establish and maintain a new pipeline.
• Engage with CEO/CFO/CHRO stakeholders; conduct client discovery.
• Collaborate with Gallagher experts across divisions to win business.
