Gallagher Benefit Services, part of Gallagher (Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.), is seeking a Producer to develop and expand a client book of business. You will work with cross-divisional teams to deliver proactive people strategy solutions and build lasting client relationships.

The role emphasizes entrepreneurship, pipeline development, and stakeholder management to drive growth and client value within the benefits space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or GSIP participation with insurance licensing required.
• High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years experience also acceptable.
• Preferred professional designation may be CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM.

Responsibilities

• Act as an entrepreneur developing a book of business from a network of contacts.
• Establish and maintain a robust new business pipeline with qualified leads.
• Collaborate with cross-divisionally to grow client engagements and drive outcomes.
