Acrisure is seeking an Employee Benefits Client Advisor to drive new business, deepen client relationships, and expand Acrisure’s footprint. This role blends data-driven insights with human connection, using CRM and AI to deliver HR and insurance solutions for clients across multiple lines of business.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in client-facing roles, 2+ years in employee benefits within an agency/broker setting, and may hold a Life & Health License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-facing or business development experience; insurance industry preferred.
• 2+ years of employee benefits experience in an agency/broker setting.
• Life & Health License preferred, or ability to obtain license upon hire.

• Build a qualified pipeline and achieve revenue objectives.
