Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing or business development role.
• 2+ years of employee benefits experience in an agency/broker setting.
• Life & Health License preferred, or ability to obtain license after hire.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by building a qualified pipeline and meeting quota.
• Acquire and deepen client relationships with a consultative sales approach.
• Follow structured cadences for consistent pipeline progression and forecasting.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine positioning.
