Acrisure is seeking an Employee Benefits Client Advisor to drive new business, deepen client relationships, and expand our footprint. The role blends human connection with technology, data insights, and AI-enabled tools to deliver superior client outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in client-facing roles and employee benefits experience, with a Life & Health license preferred or the ability to obtain one. On-site collaboration is required in Parsippany, NJ and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a client-facing or business development role; insurance industry preferred.
• 2+ years of employee benefits experience in an agency/broker setting is ideal.
• Life & Health License preferred or ability to obtain licenses upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a qualified pipeline to achieve annual sales targets.
• Develop growth plans using data insights and tech tools to prioritize opportunities.
• Collaborate with service teams and marketing to deliver tailored proposals across multiple lines of business.
